How we grade condition
At Tradevo, every device is carefully assessed in one of four levels: New – sealed, Like new, Very good and Good. Used devices are assessed in normal light at arm's length. You pay based on condition — every used unit is function-tested, and typically costs substantially less than new price.
What you get

- Honest condition grading — for our own items, the price and condition on the product card are the actual ones for that specific unit. Refurbished items from a supplier are graded by the supplier.

As with any purchase from a business, you have a 2-year right to complain under the Sale of Goods Act, and for online purchases a 14-day right of withdrawal.
Your rights as a customer
Regardless of the condition tier, all purchases from Tradevo as a private customer are covered by the mandatory 2-year statutory warranty (reklamationsret) under Danish sale-of-goods law — this also applies to used electronics and costs nothing extra. For distance sales (the webshop, including where the goods are later collected or delivered) and for purchases concluded at the customer's home you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The right does not apply to purchases concluded in person at Tradevo's location. If you discover a defect that was present at the time of purchase, contact us at info@tradevo.dk or WhatsApp, and we will find a solution — repair, replacement, or refund, as required by law.
What about battery health on a used laptop?
Batteries are consumables and capacity drops with age. We test that the device runs on battery, but we don't promise a specific runtime. Contact us for details on a specific unit before you buy.
How is the screen assessed?
The screen is part of the condition grading. Scratches or marks visible during normal use are always mentioned — and we're happy to send photos of the specific unit by text or WhatsApp before you decide.
What's in the box?
It varies from unit to unit. Necessary accessories such as a power supply or remote are normally included, but original packaging usually is not. Contact us for details on a specific item.
What rights do I have as a private customer?
As with any purchase from a business, you have a 2-year right to complain under the Sale of Goods Act. For distance selling (the webshop, including later collection or delivery) and for purchases concluded at the customer's home you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases concluded in person at Tradevo's location or to business purchases. See the terms page for the full conditions.
How does delivery or pickup work?
Small items: free delivery on orders over DKK 1,000, otherwise parcel DKK 49. Other items: delivered to your door in 1–5 business days. Own used TVs: delivery, placement and connection on Zealand DKK 249. Other own large items: Zealand DKK 199 (same day when ordered before 10 am on weekdays) · Rest of Denmark by arrangement. Pickup in Ishøj is free. New TVs: DKK 250 anywhere in Denmark, normally 1–5 business days. Greenland and the Faroe Islands cannot be shipped through the webshop — Ishøj pickup is available for our own stock.
Do you take my old TV?
We connect the TV, set up channels, apps and Wi-Fi and show you how it works. We take your old TV with us: if it is from before 2015, we dispose of it for free. If it is from 2015 or newer, we will make you an offer for it that can be deducted from the price. Wall mounting: 500 kr when you buy the TV from us.
What payment options do I have?
You can pay securely via Stripe Checkout with cards (Visa/Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, MobilePay, PayPal and Revolut Pay when Stripe shows them for Tradevo.
Can I pay in instalments?

What do the condition tiers mean – new, like new, very good, good?
New – sealed: brand-new, never opened or used, in sealed original packaging. Like new: no visible signs of use, the screen is flawless. Very good: a few small signs of use you normally won't notice in everyday use, and the screen is flawless. Good: clear signs of use on the frame or back, without affecting picture or function. What is Tradevo Exchange?
Tradevo Exchange: Used and refurbished: up to 90% in year 1 and 80% in year 2. New items: up to 70% in year 1 and 50% in year 2. Up to 10,000 kr trade-in per item. The amount is deducted directly from the price of your next item. Full amount when the item is in the same condition, reset, and returned with accessories and receipt.
Payment
Purchases in the web shop are completed securely via Stripe Checkout. You will see the payment methods Stripe has enabled for Tradevo: cards (Visa/Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, MobilePay, PayPal and Revolut Pay. You are redirected to Stripe's secure payment page — Tradevo stores no card details.
