2. Hvilke oplysninger vi behandler

2. What data we process

  • Kontaktoplysninger (navn, e-mail, telefon), når du skriver til os, tilmelder dig nyhedsbrev, køber eller lejer.
  • Ordre- og betalingsoplysninger via Stripe (Tradevo gemmer ikke kortnumre).
  • Tekniske oplysninger og cookies, hvis du accepterer analyse/marketing-cookies (fx Google Analytics 4, Google Ads og Meta Pixel).
  • Indhold du selv sender (fx fotos og beskrivelser ved “Sælg til Tradevo”).
  • Contact details (name, email, phone) when you contact us, subscribe, buy or rent.
  • Order and payment data via Stripe (Tradevo does not store card numbers).
  • Technical data and cookies if you accept analytics/marketing cookies (e.g. Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Meta Pixel).
  • Content you submit (e.g. photos and descriptions via “Sell to Tradevo”).

3. Formål og retsgrundlag

  • At levere webshop, ordrer, fakturaer og kundeservice — kontrakt / legitim interesse.
  • Nyhedsbrev — samtykke (du kan framelde dig når som helst via linket i e-mailen eller ved at skrive til info@tradevo.dk).
  • Analyse og annoncering (GA4 / Google Ads / Meta Pixel) — kun efter cookie-samtykke.
  • Vercel Web Analytics (samlet trafik, cookieless) — legitim interesse, art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • Bogføring og lovpligtig opbevaring af fakturaer — retlig forpligtelse.

Vi opbevarer oplysninger kun så længe det er nødvendigt til formålet, typisk i op til bogføringspligtens periode for salgsdokumentation, og kortere for nyhedsbrev/marketing medmindre du fortsat er tilmeldt.

  • Providing the shop, orders, invoices and customer service — contract / legitimate interest.
  • Newsletter — consent (you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the email or by writing to info@tradevo.dk).
  • Analytics and advertising (GA4 / Google Ads / Meta Pixel) — only after cookie consent.
  • Vercel Web Analytics (aggregate traffic, cookieless) — legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • Bookkeeping and mandatory invoice retention — legal obligation.

We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose, typically for the bookkeeping retention period for sales records, and shorter for newsletter/marketing unless you remain subscribed.

Vi bruger teknisk nødvendige cookies til grundlæggende funktion (fx sprogvalg). Analyse- og marketing-cookies (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Pixel) indlæses kun, hvis du klikker “Accepter” i cookie-banneret. Du kan vælge “Afvis ikke-nødvendige”. Chat på siden kører via Zipchat (app.zipchat.ai): når du skriver i chatten, sendes beskeden og samtalen til Zipchat for at danne svaret, uafhængigt af cookie-banneret. Ved et gennemført køb kan ordre-id, beløb og varelinjer sendes til Zipchat, så de kan tilskrive salg til en chat inden for 24 timer. Tradevo Hjælper / Google Gemini er midlertidigt slået fra. Vercel Web Analytics er cookieless og kører uden cookie-samtykke; se afsnit 5.

We use technically necessary cookies for basic function (e.g. language). Analytics and marketing cookies (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Pixel) load only if you click “Accept” on the cookie banner. You can choose “Decline non-essential”. On-site chat runs through Zipchat (app.zipchat.ai): when you type in the chat, the message and conversation are sent to Zipchat to form the reply, independent of the cookie banner. After a completed purchase, order id, amount and line items may be sent to Zipchat so they can attribute a sale to a chat within 24 hours. Tradevo Assistant / Google Gemini is temporarily off. Vercel Web Analytics is cookieless and runs without cookie consent; see section 5.

Vi bruger Vercel Web Analytics til at måle samlet trafik på tradevo.dk.

  • Løsningen er cookieless og sætter intet på besøgendes enhed.
  • Besøgende identificeres med en hash af den indgående anmodning, som nulstilles hver 24. time. IP-adresse og personidentifikatorer gemmes ikke.
  • Data aggregeres og kan ikke identificere en person.
  • Retsgrundlag: legitim interesse, art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Du kan gøre indsigelse ved at skrive til info@tradevo.dk.
  • Data behandles af Vercel Inc. uden for EU, men indeholder ikke personoplysninger.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure aggregate traffic on tradevo.dk.

  • It is cookieless and sets nothing on the visitor’s device.
  • Visitors are identified by a hash of the incoming request that resets every 24 hours. No IP address or personal identifier is stored.
  • Data is aggregated and cannot identify an individual.
  • Legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You may object by writing to info@tradevo.dk.
  • Data is processed by Vercel Inc. outside the EU, but contains no personal data.

  • Hosting-udbyder for hjemmesiden

Nogle udbydere kan behandle data uden for EU/EØS med passende garantier (fx standardkontraktklausuler).
