Kontaktoplysninger (navn, e-mail, telefon), når du skriver til os, tilmelder dig nyhedsbrev, køber eller lejer.
Ordre- og betalingsoplysninger via Stripe (Tradevo gemmer ikke kortnumre).
Tekniske oplysninger og cookies, hvis du accepterer analyse/marketing-cookies (fx Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Pixel og Microsoft Advertising).
Indhold du selv sender (fx fotos og beskrivelser ved “Sælg til Tradevo”).

At levere webshop, ordrer, fakturaer og kundeservice — kontrakt / legitim interesse.
Nyhedsbrev — samtykke (du kan framelde dig når som helst via linket i e-mailen eller ved at skrive til info@tradevo.dk).
Betalingspåmindelse — samtykke. Kun hvis du selv sætter flueben i kurven, sender vi én e-mail, hvis betalingen ikke bliver gennemført. Vi sletter e-mailen fra den ubetalte ordre efter 30 dage. Du kan afmelde via linket i mailen.
Google Ads indlæses med det samme uden cookies, indtil du accepterer. GA4, Meta Pixel og Microsoft Advertising indlæses kun efter cookie-samtykke.
Vercel Web Analytics (samlet trafik, cookieless) — legitim interesse, art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Bogføring og lovpligtig opbevaring af fakturaer — retlig forpligtelse.

Vi opbevarer oplysninger kun så længe det er nødvendigt til formålet, typisk i op til bogføringspligtens periode for salgsdokumentation, og kortere for nyhedsbrev/marketing medmindre du fortsat er tilmeldt.

Providing the shop, orders, invoices and customer service — contract / legitimate interest.
Newsletter — consent (you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the email or by writing to info@tradevo.dk).
Payment reminder — consent. Only if you tick the box in the cart do we send one email if the payment is not completed. We delete the email from the unpaid order after 30 days. You can unsubscribe via the link in the email.
Google Ads loads immediately without cookies until you accept. GA4, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Advertising load only after cookie consent.
Vercel Web Analytics (aggregate traffic, cookieless) — legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Bookkeeping and mandatory invoice retention — legal obligation.

We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose, typically for the bookkeeping retention period for sales records, and shorter for newsletter/marketing unless you remain subscribed.

4. Cookies

Vi bruger teknisk nødvendige cookies til grundlæggende funktion (fx sprogvalg). Google Ads-tagget indlæses med det samme uden cookies, indtil du klikker “Accepter alle” (Consent Mode v2: ad_storage og analytics_storage er afvist, så der kun sendes cookieless pings). GA4, Meta Pixel og Microsoft Advertising/UET indlæses kun, hvis du klikker “Accepter alle”. Du kan vælge “Kun nødvendige”. Chat på siden kører via Zipchat (app.zipchat.ai): når du skriver i chatten, sendes beskeden og samtalen til Zipchat for at danne svaret, uafhængigt af cookie-banneret. Ved et gennemført køb kan ordre-id, beløb og varelinjer sendes til Zipchat, så de kan tilskrive salg til en chat inden for 24 timer. Tradevo Hjælper / Google Gemini er midlertidigt slået fra. Vercel Web Analytics er cookieless og kører uden cookie-samtykke; se afsnit 5.

We use technically necessary cookies for basic function (e.g. language). The Google Ads tag loads immediately without cookies until you click “Accept all” (Consent Mode v2: ad_storage and analytics_storage stay denied, so only cookieless pings are sent). GA4, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Advertising/UET load only if you click “Accept all”. You can choose “Necessary only”. On-site chat runs through Zipchat (app.zipchat.ai): when you type in the chat, the message and conversation are sent to Zipchat to form the reply, independent of the cookie banner. After a completed purchase, order id, amount and line items may be sent to Zipchat so they can attribute a sale to a chat within 24 hours. Tradevo Assistant / Google Gemini is temporarily off. Vercel Web Analytics is cookieless and runs without cookie consent; see section 5.

5. Vercel Web Analytics

Vi bruger Vercel Web Analytics til at måle samlet trafik på tradevo.dk.

Løsningen er cookieless og sætter intet på besøgendes enhed.
Besøgende identificeres med en hash af den indgående anmodning, som nulstilles hver 24. time. IP-adresse og personidentifikatorer gemmes ikke.
Data aggregeres og kan ikke identificere en person.
Retsgrundlag: legitim interesse, art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Du kan gøre indsigelse ved at skrive til info@tradevo.dk.
Data behandles af Vercel Inc. uden for EU, men indeholder ikke personoplysninger.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure aggregate traffic on tradevo.dk.

It is cookieless and sets nothing on the visitor’s device.
Visitors are identified by a hash of the incoming request that resets every 24 hours. No IP address or personal identifier is stored.
Data is aggregated and cannot identify an individual.
Legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You may object by writing to info@tradevo.dk.
Data is processed by Vercel Inc. outside the EU, but contains no personal data.

Google Workspace / Gmail (Google Ireland Ltd, Ιρλανδία, ΕΕ, και Google LLC, ΗΠΑ) — μηνύματα εξυπηρέτησης. Σκοπός: απάντηση σε αιτήματα. Νομική βάση: σύμβαση και έννομο συμφέρον, ΓΚΠΔ άρθρο 6(1)(β) και (στ). Διαβίβαση στις ΗΠΑ: τυποποιημένες συμβατικές ρήτρες της ΕΕ.

Anam AI Ltd (England og Wales, selskabsnr. 15214363, London) – AI-videoassistenten Mia på siden. Kun når du selv starter en samtale, behandles din stemme/tekst og samtalen. Anam gemmer en udskrift og et resumé af samtalen samt en videooptagelse af avatar-samtalen; vi sletter automatisk samtaledata hos Anam senest 30 dage efter samtalen. Tradevo gemmer selv udskriften i op til 12 måneder, så vi kan hjælpe dig, og sletter den derefter. Dit kamera bruges ikke. Samtalerne bruges ikke til at træne AI-modeller. Svarene dannes af en AI-sprogmodel, som Anam bruger som underleverandør (p.t. Google Gemini). Data behandles i EU (Spanien) og USA med passende garantier (EU-standardkontraktklausuler / UK-tilstrækkelighedsafgørelse). Formål: at besvare dine spørgsmål om varer og services. Retsgrundlag: din egen anmodning og vores legitime interesse i at hjælpe dig (GDPR art. 6, stk. 1, litra b og f). Skriv ikke følsomme oplysninger (fx CPR-nr. eller kortoplysninger) til Mia. Anams privatlivspolitik
Anam AI Ltd (England and Wales, company no. 15214363, London) – the on-site AI video assistant Mia. Only when you yourself start a conversation are your voice/text and the conversation processed. Anam stores a transcript and summary of the conversation and a video recording of the avatar session; we automatically delete conversation data at Anam no later than 30 days after the conversation. Tradevo keeps the transcript for up to 12 months so we can help you, and then deletes it. Your camera is not used. Conversations are not used to train AI models. Answers are generated by an AI language model Anam uses as a sub-processor (currently Google Gemini). Data is processed in the EU (Spain) and the USA with appropriate safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses / UK adequacy decision). Purpose: answering your questions about products and services. Legal basis: your own request and our legitimate interest in helping you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). Please do not share sensitive information (e.g. CPR number or card details) with Mia.
