Condition & pricing

How we grade condition

At Tradevo, every device is carefully assessed in one of four levels: New – sealed, Like new, Very good and Good. You pay based on condition — used units are always function-tested, and typically cost substantially less than new price.

1

New – sealed

Brand-new item in unopened original packaging. Assessed in normal light at arm's length.

2

Like new

No visible signs of use. The screen is flawless. Assessed in normal light at arm's length.

3

Very good

A few small signs of use (e.g. light marks on the frame or back) that you normally won't notice when the TV is on and in place. The screen is flawless. Assessed in normal light at arm's length.

4

Good

Clear signs of use such as scratches or marks on the frame/back. Does not affect picture or function. The screen is fault-free unless stated in the listing. Assessed in normal light at arm's length.

Applies to all used items

Function-tested and reset before sale
2-year statutory reklamationsret
Any faults or notable marks are always stated in the listing
Images labelled "Example image" show the model, not the actual unit

What's always included

Function test of all key features before sale
Cleaned and prepared device
Honest condition grading — New sealed or one of three used levels — the price and condition on the product card are the actual ones for that specific unit
14-day right of withdrawal on distance sales and on contracts concluded at the customer's home, and 2-year statutory warranty under Danish law for private purchases
Photos of the specific unit on request via WhatsApp

Your rights as a customer

Regardless of the condition tier, all purchases from Tradevo as a private customer are covered by the mandatory 2-year statutory warranty (reklamationsret) under Danish sale-of-goods law — this also applies to used electronics and costs nothing extra. For distance sales (the webshop, including where the goods are later collected or delivered) and for purchases concluded at the customer's home you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The right does not apply to purchases concluded in person at Tradevo's location. If you discover a defect that was present at the time of purchase, contact us at info@tradevo.dk or WhatsApp, and we will find a solution — repair, replacement, or refund, as required by law.

How we set prices

Price follows condition. Used units typically cost substantially less than new price. See also Tradevo Exchange — credit on a later trade-in.

Frequently asked questions

What about battery health on a used laptop?

Batteries are consumables and capacity drops with age. We test that the device runs on battery, but we don't promise a specific runtime. Contact us for details on a specific unit before you buy.

How is the screen assessed?

The screen is part of the condition grading. Scratches or marks visible during normal use are always mentioned — and we're happy to send photos of the specific unit on WhatsApp before you decide.

What's in the box?

It varies from unit to unit. Necessary accessories such as a power supply or remote are normally included, but original packaging usually is not. Contact us for details on a specific item.

What rights do I have as a private customer?

As with any purchase from a business, you have a 2-year right to complain under the Sale of Goods Act. For distance selling (the webshop, including later collection or delivery) and for purchases concluded at the customer's home you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases concluded in person at Tradevo's location or to business purchases. See the terms page for the full conditions.

How does delivery or pickup work?

Small items: free delivery on orders over DKK 1,000, otherwise parcel DKK 49. Other items: delivered to your door in 1–5 business days. Own TVs and large items: Delivery on Zealand DKK 199 (same day when ordered before 10 am on weekdays) · Rest of Denmark DKK 800 (courier, 2–6 business days). Pickup in Ishøj is free. New TVs: DKK 250 anywhere in Denmark, normally 1–5 business days. Greenland and the Faroe Islands cannot be shipped through the webshop — Ishøj pickup is available for our own stock.

What payment options do I have?

You can pay securely via Stripe Checkout with cards (Visa/Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, MobilePay, PayPal and Revolut Pay when Stripe shows them for Tradevo.

What do the condition tiers mean – new, like new, very good, good?

New – sealed: brand-new item in unopened original packaging. Like new: no visible signs of use, the screen is flawless. Very good: a few small signs of use you normally won't notice when the TV is on. Good: clear signs of use on the frame or back, without affecting picture or function. See How we grade condition.

A 14-day right of withdrawal applies to private purchases paid online, including when the item is later collected or delivered, and to contracts concluded at the customer's home. It does not apply to purchases concluded in person at Tradevo's location, or to business purchases. The period runs from the day you, or a third party you appoint who is not the carrier, take physical possession of the item.

Tell us within the period at info@tradevo.dk with the order number. You can also use the standard withdrawal form. You pay the return shipping. How long is the right to complain, and how do I report a fault?

As with any purchase from a business, you have a 2-year right to complain under the Sale of Goods Act. It covers defects present at delivery, not normal wear or damage caused after delivery.
