How we grade condition
At Tradevo, every device is carefully assessed in one of four levels: New – sealed, Like new, Very good and Good. You pay based on condition — used units are always function-tested, and the price is below new price.

Your rights as a customer
Regardless of the condition tier, all purchases from Tradevo as a private customer are covered by the mandatory 2-year statutory warranty (reklamationsret) under Danish sale-of-goods law — this also applies to used electronics and costs nothing extra. For distance sales (the webshop, including where the goods are later collected or delivered) and for purchases concluded at the customer's home you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The right does not apply to purchases concluded in person at Tradevo's location. If you discover a defect that was present at the time of purchase, contact us at info@tradevo.dk or WhatsApp, and we will find a solution — repair, replacement, or refund, as required by law.

Frequently asked questions
What about battery health on a used laptop?
Batteries are consumables and capacity drops with age. We test that the device runs on battery, but we don't promise a specific runtime. Contact us for details on a specific unit before you buy.
How is the screen assessed?
The screen is part of the condition grading. Scratches or marks visible during normal use are always mentioned — and we're happy to send photos of the specific unit on WhatsApp before you decide.
What's in the box?
It varies from unit to unit. Necessary accessories such as a power supply or remote are normally included, but original packaging usually is not. Contact us for details on a specific item.
What rights do I have as a private customer?
Private purchases are covered by Danish consumer law: a 2-year statutory warranty on the goods regardless of channel, and a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance selling (the webshop, including later collection or delivery) and for purchases concluded at the customer's home. The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases concluded in person at Tradevo's location or to business purchases. See the terms page for the full conditions.
How does delivery or pickup work?
Small items: free delivery on orders over DKK 1,000, otherwise parcel DKK 49. Partner small items: normally 1–5 business days. TVs and large items from our own stock are delivered on Zealand only – DKK 199, same day when ordered before 10 am on weekdays, or pickup by appointment in Ishøj. Partner TVs: DKK 250 anywhere in Denmark, normally 1–5 business days. Greenland and the Faroe Islands cannot be shipped through the webshop — Ishøj pickup is available for our own stock.
What payment options do I have?
You can pay securely via Stripe Checkout with cards (Visa/Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, MobilePay, PayPal and Revolut Pay when Stripe shows them for Tradevo.

What is Tradevo Exchange?
Tradevo Exchange is our trade-up programme for used and new Tradevo devices bought on tradevo.dk (and DBA sales invoiced by Tradevo). Our used stock: 90% year 1 / 80% year 2. New and partner/dropship: 70% year 1 / 50% year 2 (max 9,999 kr per item). The amount is deducted from the new item's price in the same purchase – no voucher, no cash payout. Full percentage requires a fully functional device without damage (normal light wear accepted). For business orders (e.g. hotels and multiple units) special terms apply, agreed in writing at purchase.

Orders & payment
How do I pay, and do I get a confirmation?
Purchases in the webshop are completed via Stripe Checkout. You can pay by card (Visa/Mastercard), MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, PayPal and Revolut Pay when Stripe shows them for Tradevo. Tradevo stores no card details. When payment is completed, we email the invoice as confirmation of the order.
Delivery & pickup
What does delivery cost, and how long does it take?
- Small items: DKK 49. Free on orders over DKK 1,000. Normally 1–3 business days.
- Same day on Zealand: order before 10:00 on weekdays.
- Our own TVs and large items: Zealand only, DKK 199, or free pickup by appointment in Ishøj.
- Partner TVs: all of Denmark, DKK 250, normally 1–5 business days. Pickup is not available for partner items.
- Partner items: normally 1–5 business days.
- Pickup: by appointment in Ishøj for our own items. Greenland (3900–3999) and the Faroe Islands cannot be shipped through the webshop.
Withdrawal & returns
How do I withdraw, and who pays return shipping?
A 14-day right of withdrawal applies to private purchases paid online, including when the item is later collected or delivered, and to contracts concluded at the customer's home. It does not apply to purchases concluded in person at Tradevo's location, or to business purchases. The period runs from the day you, or a third party you appoint who is not the carrier, take physical possession of the item.
Tell us within the period at info@tradevo.dk with the order number. You can also use the standard withdrawal form. You pay the return shipping. Return address: Tradevo, Smedeengen 9, 2635 Ishøj, Denmark. We refund no later than 14 days after notice and may withhold the amount until the item is received, or until you have proved it was sent. The refund uses the same means of payment.
Complaints & warranty
How long is the right to complain, and how do I report a fault?
A 2-year right to complain under the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies to all private purchases and cannot be limited. It covers defects present at delivery, not normal wear or damage caused after delivery. Contact us as soon as possible, and no later than a reasonable time after you discover the fault, at info@tradevo.dk or on WhatsApp. We assess the case and offer repair, replacement or a proportionate reduction.

Tradevo Exchange: swap toward another Tradevo item — not cash. Up to 90% on our used stock and up to 70% on new items in year 1 (max 9,999 kr). Rental
Can I rent a TV or laptop?
TVs and laptops can be rented. The deposit is set from the value and the period and is refunded after inspection, unless there is damage beyond normal use. The minimum period is typically 1 week. Price and deposit are confirmed individually via WhatsApp or email before handover. See Rental.

Can businesses get a VAT invoice and volume pricing?

We sell quality-checked used electronics and new, sealed items (marked “New – sealed”). Focus on TVs and laptops — also monitors, phones, massage chairs and hotel TVs for businesses. Own stock from Ishøj plus European B2B partners (normally 1–5 business days for partner items).

Tradevo Exchange is our post-purchase trade-up programme: you can swap an eligible used or new Tradevo device — including TVs — for another Tradevo device when your needs change. It covers both used and new (sealed) items. It is not “Sell to Tradevo”, and it is not insurance, a warranty or a subscription.
Buy an eligible Tradevo device
Tradevo Exchange comes with purchases of used and new Tradevo devices on tradevo.dk (and DBA sales invoiced by Tradevo). Your starting point is the price you actually paid.
Swap whenever you want (within 24 months)
Return the unit and choose another Tradevo device from current stock. The amount is deducted from the new item's price in the same purchase – no voucher, no cash payout.
Deduct the amount from the new item
The amount is deducted from the new item's price in the same purchase – no voucher, no cash payout. Pay only the difference if the new item costs more. Full value requires the same condition as at purchase.
Trade-in value by year
The programme applies for up to 24 months from invoice date. Our own used stock (margin): 90% year 1, 80% year 2. New sealed and partner/dropship items: 70% year 1, 50% year 2. Max DKK 9,999 per item. The amount cannot exceed the new item's price — no cash payout.

You buy an eligible Tradevo device for DKK 5,000. Tradevo Exchange is included for up to 24 months. The amount is deducted from the new item's price in the same purchase – no voucher, no cash payout.
- Used item at DKK 5,000: year 1 up to DKK 4,500 (90%) · year 2 up to DKK 4,000 (80%). If you swap to an item priced DKK 7,000 in year 1, you pay DKK 2,500.
- New item at DKK 5,000: year 1 up to DKK 3,500 (70%) · year 2 up to DKK 2,500 (50%). If you swap to an item priced DKK 7,000 in year 1, you pay DKK 3,500.
Full percentage requires a fully functional device without damage (normal light wear accepted); otherwise the value is assessed individually. There is no cash payout. Tradevo Exchange is not a warranty and does not replace statutory reklamationsret.
